<edit> - I just saw the first email with the text and map attachments
There is a considerable security risk. I hardly think any of the axis will just "go away" if they #### ### #### <censored for security>
Regarding the email about making a FSO orders "standard format". I am for this. But I vote for either simple text or word files. The word file from the last two FSO orders on axis was a very good format I thought. I liked the layout of the tables with squad info and then the following orders for each squad.
I am all for a "standard format" of orders. In fact it doesnt matter what program is used...html....word...text... exel as long as it is formated the exact same way every time. The best scenario is to have a file type that can easily be opened and edited by anyone. PDF is good but you can't edit it unless you have Acrobat Writer.
Using a flash presentaion is great. But if orders are givin in flash, power point, interactive html or what ever there should also be a simple set of text orders with a jpeg/bmp map file as well.
