Title: WW2 Aircraft Data
Post by: cegull on February 19, 2009, 11:50:43 PM
www.wwiiaircraftperformance.o rg/ has updated it's website with more data on German AC.  There is also a lot of info on Spit 1's vs 109e's.  Dozens of pilot reports there also.  Spit 1's and 109E's were evenly matched in most respects.  The spit had a very slight edge in speed and climb.  Some newer stuff on FW190-a A5 as well.

Yep, Neil Stirling personally stopped by to give us a heads up on the recent updates.  http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,257106.0.html

A 190 A-5 that could bust 350 on the deck would be nifty in AHII :aok

That would be nice.

So would a Mossie that would break 350 on the deck.

Yeah, but at least the Mossie can somewhat turn and has insane firepower...wish HTC would throw the 190A a farkin' bone here...
