Title: Man Down

I was informed tonight that we lost a great friend and pilot.

Cracklin has succumbed to an injury he received in Vietnam.  Apparently the shrapnel that he took for our freedom, finally took his life.

He was my friend, my wingman and my buddy.  I will miss him.  Very rarely does such a loss hit so close to home to me, but crackalakin was my bud.  I'm very upset.

Cracklin flew for PK1 and "Most Wanted" for many years.

I am proud to say that I flew alongside one of my hero's.

NO MORE.  We've lost 2 good fellows (WB and now Cracklin) in the past week or so.  Lets stop having this kind of news pop up in the forums.  :frown:

Sorry to hear of your loss helbent. My condolences as well. :salute

It seems many of us are dealing with tragic loss within the ranks of AH2 as of late. A8WB last Friday and now Cracklin. I never had the pleasure to fly with or against him, but, I'm sure he made a difference in the community.
