Title: Deleting posts in private forums

Skuzzy - we use to be able to delete postings in our private forums - but we no longer can do that.  Is there something wrong or was it causing issues with the BBS?  Only thing we can do is lock/close topics.

It should have never been turned on.

While fixing it, I did open up the ability for forum moderators to create polls, which can be seen by the members of the private forum.
