Its proof that the gods and the fates hate me and wish to see me unhappy.  WTH was a 4 year old doing playing the damn lottery anyway.

Beats having a non-played lottery line win 2 million dollars.

We have two games in each ticket, lottery where you can cross out numbers yourself and 'joker' that the machine prints out to each card.

This guy chose not to play the $3 extra line that won $2 000 000.

Only if they are dumb enough to spend large amounts of money on them.  When the States get away from personal responsibility and became a nanny stat...
