ok i get frustrated when i have to wait 5 mins till i can go into the OA.   SOOOOO instead of making the earlywar and midwar 150 pop max higher than latewar.......... just make the latewar higher

do a search, the populations will climb eventually. They can't just open the populations up.

I've never had to wait to get into a Late War arena.  There are two of them you know.
