Title: Clipboard SPAZZING while on a CV

DOnt know if  it is just me or what,but whenever I am on a cv and have to open or close the clipboard,it vibrates/shakes..(best way I can describe it),but it does not do this on land..a bit hard on the eyes,to me anyway..

Happens to me too.   Like it stutters as it opens, and only happens when looking at it on a ship.   More of a distraction than a nuisance

Looks more like a bug to me.

Preload skins and textures  all settings at high quality and highres skins.

Happens to me too...don't really bother me.  It has been that way since I started playing 2.5 years ago.
