I haven't been able to access this BBS or several others all day today until I just decided to try IE XXXX. It isn't just the BBS either that I have had issues with. All applications on my work and home computer have slowed down considerably since that update and in some cases they have stopped working entirely.
Anyway I was just wondering if anyone has had issues with it since the update was sent out last week.

Nope, all I use is firefox.
-
Nope. Same as ROC, I've used this for over 5 years without a hitch.

It is crazy I have had nothing but trouble with it on my work computer. I could not log into either this BBS or Flamewarriors until I switched over to IExxx this afternoon but here at home FF works like a champ.

I don't use the latest version, I don't like it. I tried it, and reverted to the old version in an hour or so.

What's the difference?

No problems here.

Same thing here but several others are getting me bogged down to the point that it takes too long to make them usable.

no problems here ... still smooth
had a problem w/ comcast and my connect jammed up bad on all pc's ... but after cycling the modem it cleared up.

Corporal security policies suck so bad at this moment that it's no wonder FF doesn't work at the workplace. In fact it's a small miracle you could install it there in the first place.
The security lockdown is severely hindering the usability of the computers already and naturally productivity too. I'm guessing that large corporations are going to have to lax their policies soon or move to mac / linux alternatives.
I know for a fact that many companies are researching mac use on a wider scale.

That is just it I don't work in a tight IT security enviroment. In fact we all have free reign to go and do whatever but a prerequisite is to use common sense here and not be stupid with our privileges.
