The little writing that's all over the plane. The 'step here', '100 oct fuel', 'first aid', etc. kinda stuff.

Try Hobbydecal.com.  Lots of stencil sheets there, stencil maps can be found under downloads.

I already have the one from hobblydecal I was wondering if anyone had something with a higher resolution.
