Had an Interview Friday. Awoke early, put some undies and such in the dryer and and no go. Jeeze, Dryer quit. Oh well, these over priced front loaders have been a serious issue since I purchased them. So I head to the interview thinking that I'm going to have to buy a new dryer that won't match my washer. After the interview I am thinking about going to Sears to grab a new dryer. However I am wiped by the interview. So I thought I would head home a try a few things on the dryer to get it working. I plugged and unplugged the dryer no go. I then switch outlets. No go. I then reset the breaker switch since I have had some issues with that earlier in the week and had to have the breaker switch replaced. That doesn't work either. So out of the blue I thought I would do a search on Google to see if I can find someone who has the same problem. I hit pay dirt. All I had to do was hold the End Cycle button in for 3 seconds and it was fixed.
That is amazing to me that you can find that level of help for a single product. I wonder how many people would have ran out to buy a new dryer with out researching the issue.

Understood. However these dryers have a Circuit board that costs around $500 plus labor. I wish I had known that before I purchased them. You can buy a washer and dryer combo for almost that. I replaced the circuit board on my Washer for just labor. Thank goodness it was under warranty. The labor cost me $180 alone. So I thought why should I pay for a technician to come out and charge me $70 or $80 bucks to tell me the circuit board is out and then have to buy a new dryer anyway.
