Yes, that too is big and silver, but it weighs 82 TONS!!! And the sausage is a post-war ubernuke too! (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

If HTC modeled something like a Mk. 17 or Mk. 21, the hangars would still rebuild in a few minutes. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

What about radiation? The whole area would be "hot" for at least a few realtime days. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Notice the before and after pics. One of the islands is gone. The crater (dark spot) is 6240 feet in diameter. Also this was primarily a fission weapon, with lots of nasty fallout. It was hot for more than a few days. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Love that P-47 shot in the first post!!!

A fully loaded late model 47 was almost 20000 i thought. If they put a 47 here lets have the hot rod m model. The dive brakes might allow it to win a few. Everything here holds e to well. The m would be just the ticket.

A p51 carrying 2000 lbs of bombs. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
Honestly, I'd like to see the p47 here, but lets try to get the N model to make it more competitive. (>D-25 at least.)

430mph at 30k isn't competitive? I agree with >D-25, but not M/N.
PS: A P-51D with 2000lbs of bombs would weigh 12,000lbs. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)
