I'm sure it would be furhter enjoyed if I had a system that would hold up on such things as TT

Problem is just that..... the TT xbox crowd. They won't go elsewhere they are attracted to the TT type scenario with huge groups to hide in.

In your situation, I'd probably just stay away from the large crowds, or prearrange meetings between squads/individuals etc.

Some of you guys paint the console gamers with a wide brush. I'm sure im not in the miniority, as I own an xbox 360 and I disliked TT as much as the next guy.
As I mentioned, I'm sure there are others out there that share the same sentiment.

Not only that, but every game released in the past 3 years is ubber CRAP TASTIC, no doubt about it.
Auto aim, 3-4 year old models, lighting and physics, and no sign of microflop slowin' down.

Dont get me started on the ps3 because its just as much crap as any ever made.

Wanna know why duke nukem forever is taking so long? Trying to dumb it down in every way possible to get it to fit on ONE dvd, bad skins, bad shaders bad lighting, the works.

Even Fallout3 was horrible when it came to game play and world size, I am just downright sick of seeing good games dumbed down to port too xbox's or great game tidles being bought and produced exsclusivly for consoles, THEN being ported over to a pc that has the ability of runing something 200 times better.

Cant wait..cant wait.

Like no one person in AH has been banned for having an aim bot? I know for a fact at least one person has. And every game I have played on the 360 has no auto aim, maybe as an option but not by default. AH has a built in auto aim, it's just only available offline or in the TA. I'm not a console fanboi, but i'm also not a PC fanboi. All my point was, that there are players here that also play consoles but don't have the mentality that a good deal of console players have.

-Cough-

I think he was refering to the fact 98% of every 3d shooter ever made for ANY console has had automatic auto aim.

Might be options to turn it off, fallout3 didnt have that ability, hell even the pc version didnt.

Another reason why ports do, will and are forever suck.

:EDIT: Oh and please tell me how a aim bot could ever work with a flying/tank game. I cant wait to hear this.

For the sake of not dragging the guys name, or squad through the mud i'll leave that part out. But, he somehow managed to take the auto aim AH has built into it and make it work in the main arenas. He's not the only one i'm sure.

Well then he is using some form of exsploit to trigger a built in game ability.

While it is a aim "helper" a aim bot, is something that would fly your plane to the targets heading, and shoot ahead enough to pull off any type of deflection shot, because the person was using the aim assist,he still had to fly his plane to target, point the nose at the X's and fire.

Exsploting a game dynamic, but NOT a aimbot.

Aimbots do all the work for you, you hold a button, it tracks, you press the other button, you shoot on target.

Just is not possible to have that kind of aiming system on things with "fixed guns"

The first aim bots were made and used in teamfortress for quake1, long before mega team fortress, or Glquake, and oddly enough it was ONLY used to the medics knife/nailgun.Sence then its the same stupid little beast being used by the same nuttless wounders.

Ah quake1, the start of all things lame in games, i remember having wall hacks, and standing behind a wall looking DIRECTLY at another sniper's dot that would "track" me no matter what move i made"You jump he jumps, you jiggle left to right,he does the exact same (Communication from two guys to each other, each behind a wall)", nothing like knowing your not the only scum in the pond, quake1 was deleted a few weeks after that, when you gotta cheat and dumb down any game to be on the same level with all the other cheaters, its best to keep moving right along.

The very few people who complain about TT are either one of the following. A poor asre mother lover who can’t afford a PC made this decade and/or running 56k dial up, or some console n00b fanboi who can’t play a game without all the assistance boxes checked. All hell would freeze over before they upped from another field or dare I say it, learn some SA!

TT broke my vox yesterday, so I logged, checked my mic, thought it was completely broken. Out of anger, I snapped the headphones, I relog, try it, and it works. Now, I can only hear out of 1 ear.

A poor asre mother lover who can’t afford a PC made this decade and/or running 56k dial up, Actually, I have the money to buy a new computer and I run off DSL, but what's the point in wasting that money on buying a computer just to PLAY A GAME on when this fulfills all the things I need done in the real world, especially since I'm going to college in a year.

or some console n00b fanboi who can’t play a game without all the assistance boxes checked.
Yes, I own a PS3, but 99% of the time I'm on the computer.  Only time I ever play PS3 is to play Rock Band when we have parties

All hell would freeze over before they upped from another field or dare I say it, learn some SA!
Good SA does not make up for poor frame rates.  Even if you up from a different field, you are still going to the main fight where you were getting low FR

You have now been proven wrong

I have a screamer for a computer with all the bells and whistles turned up, am over 50 and have played this game for more than 7 years, wouldn't waste a minute of my time on a console system, and I refuse to fly on TT.

I don't like hordes avoiding hordes, I don't like 30+ dweebs running NOEs to undefended bases, then they run away when someone shows up to defend. I don't like trying to avoid the HO of 6 dweebs at once, and I don't like chasing the dweebs that loose the advantage they had and then run to ack. TT amplifies the "poor game play" that infests the MA's and I would rather sit and watch American Idol with my wife   than put up with with the stupidity.

Only 8 years old, not very Ghetto.  And actually, there are people that play off of computers built in the 90's with no problems because they have spent the time and money to update it with RAM/Video cards/power supply, etc...  Money that I will be needing for something more important than a game, which is deciding my future.

Priorities.......

Seems like the ones most likely to play in TT.
