Title: PT-17 or a PT19

It would be a nice trainer for the training arena, anyway. With small guns it would be fun in the dualing arena. Of course it would not be a serious option in the Late War Arenas.

With the ability to fly any aircraft as a trainer at no cost, besides jets, there is really no need.  Crash all you want, rinse, repeat.
