Hello everyone,

I recently discovered that I can use IPv6 on this XP. However, the articles explaining how to enable it seemed to describe the native IPv6 protocol inside XPs as, "emulators." Misinterpreting the words is always a possibility on my end, as I scan through documents sometimes when I'm short on time (which I was short on time while reading the instructions). So I was curious about two things.

Firstly, is the native IPv6 protocol that comes with XP actually IPv6, or is it something to simulate being on an IPv6 connection?

Secondly, not in relation to my previous question, do HTC's game servers support IPv6 connections?

We are not sitting on an IPv6 network, so we cannot support IPv6.

And you really do not want to use the IPv6 implementation Microsoft has done.

First off, are you on, or have access to, an IPv6 network?  You cannot simply chose to use it.

Next, the IPv6 implementation Microsoft has done is very far behind the currently accepted standard.

Yes, I disabled it the moment you mentioned that it probably wasn't wise using it.
