Maybe you can build her a nice virtual cockpit, make it seem real. :D
Ask if you can borrow the one from the Air and Space museum, that thing is a fun one.  I'm sure you could play AH on it.

Then we could have the Christmas Claus's (Claus', Clauses whatever it would be) flying around. :)
