Will the people with no subscription be able to download the new aces high patch? will all the new aircraft aircraft be available for H2H play?

I am a full time student at the art intstitute of Pissburgh, I prep cook and wash dishes 4 to 5 times a week. I pay rent and i pay my own utilities. Some of us arnt 43, got two kids, a wife that hates us and drive a toejamty volvo to work everyday so we can play aces high on our lunch break.
but dont worry....as soon as i get back in the arena all you overwieght yuppies better watch out for Nefari...

In fact you have to. I don't think you will be able to play Head to Head with an outdated version.

I wouldn't razzle a guy like Nefarious because he is a student.BUT Those guys that constantly abuse the 2 week trail period and whine constantly about ACs because of their lack of good ACM like Fi... and Hri... frag their asses. Hopefully in the future HTC will have better security prog to weed them out and then we will finally be done with them.

Its not my fault HTC allows us to play free H2H..that was thier design not mine...and if you guys think that were freeloading for not subscribing maybe you should take the silver spoon out of your mouth and stick it where the sun dont shine...I would love to subscribe but i have no money...trust me...
one day you will see me in the arena and we can see whos a freeloader and who isnt..

Well. Excuse me mate but I think I will just remove the "GOLD" spoon from my ass. Give it a good wipe down. Maybe get my butler to put it in some antiseptic then go and eat come caviare.
To be honest I am glad you don't have enough money to come into the arena. Because I would not want someone as rude and abnoxous as yourself contaminating my data streem.

I got nothing again H2H'ers, they're essentially free advertising for AH. Anyone that can afford online is most likely going to go ahead and get it after playing H2H.

The one thing that Aces High needs to survive long term is people with paying accts. The more the better!
However, free 8 way H2H is great advertiseing, training, and promotion IMO.
Abuseing the free 2 week trial over & over again is one thing. Flying H2H till you can afford or feel comfortable with a paid acct is quite another.

And one thing doesnt change. New Zealand's toejamty exchange rate. At todays prices a month subscription would cost me $72 dollars.
My tough luck I guess. I cant play anymore as my 2 weeks is up and my friends arent into flight sims for H2H play. I still drop by the site to see whats happening tho'.
That 2 weeks play I had was the most enjoyable gaming experiance I've ever had. I remember it fondly.

I don't have a problem with H2H players. They can do whatever the sponsors allow on the H2H arena. What I do object to is the "tude" displayed by nefari. H2H is not a god given right and I frankly don't care for your sign off in your messages particularly at this time of the year.
PS I NEVER had any silver spoon either, I just worked my way through life.

I'm 33 served with 1st Recon Battalion and 1/9 in the Corps, am a veteran of operation desert storm and fiery vigil amongst others and have managed to work myself upwards in a large company without the aid of a college degree, I drive a 1978 Bronco and can only play Aches High on certain nights after I'm done for the day and I hate to ruin yer fantasy but I ain't to awful fat I do however enjoy good Kentucky Bourbon I generaly vote conservative, believe strongly in the second amendment but most of all I dislike whiney freeloaders.

HELL, NO!!!!!!!!!!!.
Pappy,if you want to blame someone, blame HTC for making H2H free up to 8 people (I think it is one of the nicest things of this sim, and a very good thing, but you can have your own vision). Because HTC WANTED this to happen.
But let Nefarious in peace. I dont mind if you are Rambo, Bill Clinton, Roger Rabbit or John Lennon, I only know that you jumped on him without any reason and that an excuse for Nefarious is in order.

I don't think my first response was jumping on him, read it..its simple and if you don't fit the description don't wory about it, I do feel strongly about the fact that the paying customers are the only reason this game is available in any format and also understand the reason its in H2H but AH needs more paying customers and less bread lines.
I guess my post should have been I hope the H2H feature is the last priority on the things to do list.
And Ram don't puff up on me, my post doesn't warrant your silly antics and if you feel it does next time you see me up get on my chnl and tell me all about it.

I must be real bored posting here at 2am on the 25th but here it comes.
Firstly Nefs sign off signature would have immediately antagonised a lot of people, thankfully he has now realised this and stopped using it here.
Secondly H2H is not a God given right, it is an HTC (Hitechcreations) given right.
A lot of religous people again would have been offended by that remark.
And as much as we all admire HT and crew i dont really think they quite qualify for God status (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
And for Nef as you asked IMHO is short for (In My Honest Opinion) your need to ask this suggests to me you may be new to Bulletin boards and the best way to post getting your message across without offending others.
FYI (For your information) after the 1.05 patch is out you will have to download and use it even if you only play H2H because if you dont you will be the only person on the planet still using 1.04 (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Well Nef i think Merry Christmas would have been sufficient without the expletive.
If you can afford to pay to play in the MA in the future i sure hope you leave the offensive language behind, come to think of it please keep it away from this BBS as well.
I am sure a lot of us here are Adults although its hard to believe at times (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) and i can swear and curse with the best of them BUT i do it with my workmates and friends when its appropriate, not when posting in a public forum where people of all ages can and do read it.
Maybe its accepted on the other BBS you came from, but here many will find it unacceptable.
Now back to the thread of H2H play, there is nothing wrong with playing H2H its there for a good reason, I played H2H for a long time after my 2 week trial expired and finally i gave in and paid to play. This is why HTC included H2H, to hook you and turn you into a paying customer.
Enjoy your time in H2H i am sure HTC will never abandon this aspect of the game.

The problem was not with what he was saying but the way we put it and his general attitude towards it.
We try damn hard not to use offensive or explicit language on this BBS and try as we might it slips out occasional, but to be honest it isn't called for.
Free H2H is not a god given right. It is a gift from HTC. The same company that lives on our monthly contribution from which we get the service known as the Main Arena. SO in essence it is more of a gift from us. As HTC listens to us and respects is members and players. If we all spoke out and said that we where not happy with the situation then I am sure that they would be more than happy to listen to our POV. But we don't.
Paying members don't mind people who used H2H. We don't mind people who want to take a 2 week trial. But what we do mind is people with bad attitudes that disturb the community that a lot of us have tried very hard to build and take care off.
I think this is why people where getting upset.

I tried H2H the other day. It was actually a lot of fun. Tank battle in a specially designed map with a city to fight in.. H2H would get me to pay for the account if I didn't already.
Yes, I pay for AH. I'm an 18 year old webmaster/tech support specialist at a dot.com startup called mdStrategy. I own a Saturn, not a volvo. I don't have kids. I have a wonderful girl who seems to be more interested in WWII aviation then I am. (how is that so?)
Nef, I understand where you're coming from, but don't bash the entire community with a general assumption of who we all are.
