Title: Moving turrent while in commander's view

Is there any way to move the turrent while in the commander's view?  If there isn't, why not?  I can steer the tank while in the commander's view using the rudder keys, so why can't I turn the turrent?

With the commander's MG having a limited range of motion, I think that we really need to be able to do this.
