ok ladies and gents.... Yesterday I sent my kid brother an amtrak ticket...His wife booted him out of the house...Well I live in Grangeville Idaho, so the amtrak stops in Spokane WA ,and then he has to ride the bus another 150 miles to my home town... Well the train arrived at 3:00 am so he fell asleep.. Well he wakes up at 7 the bus left at 6:30 :o Well the only other bus that leaves is 24 hours later at 6:30...Well my bro wanted me to drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back plus the cost of the ticket I sent :O No way I got a family and he screwed up on his own time :aok So he has no money at all he has to call me collect not a dime he has :uhoh... Well I have a squad member who lives in Spokane..It is a thirty minute drive for him...My brother has not ate since yesterday at 12 pm...So he went and bought him a big subway and is hand delivering it to him as I type :salute Friends are friends no matter how u meet them :salute

Second that!
I once had trouble with my computer, Video card bummed up along with not enough memory to run the game. I told my squad I had to leave due to this. About a week later, I get a package through the post containing a couple memory sticks, with a wee note saying 'See you back in the skies, sorry couldn't get a video card!'
More than game mates
:salute to squaddies!

My wife had 2 emergency surgeries last year . I was going to have to quit for a few months . I told 1st squadmate I saw that I was going to be leaveing in a few days as I had some bills to take care of . Guy cared enough to find out what the deal was . Then he payed 2 months for me . When I got solvent again he wouldn't let me repay him .

That's F-in solid. Very cool. Though, having gotten to know a few of your squaddies over the past year, it could be expected, nice guys.

squadies are great, but brothers are suppose to be better. I've driven farther than that for my sister, just saying.

I tell ya.My squaddies are the absolute best.I have seen them do some amazing things for a bro.AS i am going through some really bad times right now they have been there for me.My only regret is we dont live within driving distance. For the most part the AHcommunity is a great bunch and I have made alot of friends. With this many people you are gonna have some issues but for the most part we lookin out for each other
