Not really any use...It would just be a hangar queen if we got one of the earlier variants, also

Be a man, fly the 38

P61 entry into AH will be problematic as it was designed and built strictly as a night fighter with airborne radar.  I doubt HT would go through the trouble of designing and adding a on board radar system that would be worthless in the day light and I personally would hate to see night return to the game.

Love the 61 though.

P-61C was post war.

We have lots and lots and lots of US aircraft to pick from.

Yadda, yadda, yadda.

I have always loved the P-61.  Always thought it was one of the sexiest birds from WWII.  Would love to see it.  Would think they would have to bring back nighttime though.

Those specs I believe came from the C model which didn't see any combat at all.  We'd get the A or B variant if the Blackwidow was added and they weren't the stellar plane you think they were.  The C model was the definitive model of the Blackwidow and usually the only one that people think of when they hear the Blackwidow name.

Why I told him to look at his facts again/why I said an early P-61 variant would turn into a hangar queen once the newness wore off.

I agree that the radar issue is a problem but I have to ask why people are against having nighttime in the game, im not trying to be stupid but I wasnt here when apparently was and am wondering about the reasoning.
