What order of controls do you push to achieve "God View"?

F5 + F8.

It depends on what they are asking.

In some arenas, CM eye (God mode) is enabled.  (the DA for one, and in some Special Events like KOTH)

F5 will put you in God Mode, but you have to setup buttons to then move about at that point.

There should be instructions on how to set it up in the King of the Hill forum somewhere.

But from the tower, F3/F4/F5 and then F8 allows you to look around a fair bit like spikes mentioned.
