Title: Hurricane Mk.IIB
Post by: BnZs on March 29, 2009, 10:39:30 PM: Why do I suggest this plane? Because it is virtually identical to the Mk.IIc except for the armament of 12 .303s. Therefore presumably it would be easy to add. Why add it? Because it would give a Hurricane variant to use in EW scenarios that possesses the performance of the IIc without the crazy insta-death Hispanos that give the IIc the name "Ho-icane". 12 .303s would be far from impotent however, and wow, having 12 forward firing guns of any kind on a fighter in AHII, gotta love it.

Past experience tells us so. Think of all the variants that could be easily added, and how many of them have made it into the game? The only way to rationally interpret HTC's behavior here is to deduce that they believe there's a limit to the number of variants that can benefit the game.

All of these would be relatively "easy" compared to adding something brand new, but it's slim odds that we'll ever see them, including the Hurri IIb (why didn't they add it at the same time as the IIC?).
