If you're going to cherry pick and ho, at least do it right, as the film displays.

Now, now! There was no dweebs, these guy were all good fun to fight.
Not one of them complained about being picked or ho'ed either..

<Salute> to all the enemy in that sortie. They all were great sports and laughed with me afterwards.

Its fun in there, if you can handle the pressure of a real furball and are having a lucky day.

:lol aiming for two targets at once and hitting the space in the middle, I was a little rabid to get some action that flight. I thought the kill on the high alt F4u4 near the end was pretty insane. Yet no one complained about lazers or anything.

The DA furball has some of the better sticks flying it and alot of good attitude, as far as I can tell. I think most of the uproar comes from people who forgot what a real furball is.

batfinkv, was that oscillation at 2:28 the result of rudder movement? that was really smooth. must be pedals right?
...i hate my twisty.

Actualy using a twisty stick, Stran. Microsoft Sidewinder 2. The strafe effect being caused by moving the rudder gently one way then the other to spray a difficult to see ground target with explosive shells.

How many buttons are on that one?  I have a maybe 11 and a hat switch on my 3D pro, interested in getting something better and want to have relativley the same amount of buttons to program.

8 buttons, 8-way hat, rotary throttle slider and thats it! Simple works best for me.

Buttons cover:

1 - fire all guns
2 - look back
3 - deploy flaps
4 - retract flaps
5 - toggle WEP
6 - toggle zoom
7 - toggle auto combat trim
8 - look up

down hat - trim elevator up

rest of hat - views

its great, i only need to use the keyboard for whine and anti-social conduct and to raise the landing gear.

How do you look "back" then?

(I use the same stick btw and use similar setup.  I have toggle secondary weapons mapped instead of auto combat trim and use the down hat to look BACK)

button two with the thumb to look back. this means to look back left i can use button 2 and left. I know it sounds crazy but it leaves me 3 extra hat possitions that dont need to be used for views. Also enables pressing look back + look forward right/left which can be programed to look over the side of the nose. May sound complicated but its really very simple to use.

That does sound crazy Bat  :huh  :D I use the front trigger on my ff2 to look up combined with the hat you can cover every view. 7 & 8 flaps up and down works nicely with thumb constantly on the throttle and 6 for zoom in and 5 for toggle auto trim. Gonna replace all the micro switchs and the hat switch although its only the hat thats bleeding slightly.

Dunno about the states but last time I checked on ebay uk good examples were going for £100 I bought mine second hand for about £60

The 4 hog shot was nasty I like how you had the chnce to go for 109 but decided to go for the bigger threat, how much fuel do you take in mossy in MA, ive flown acouple of sorties with it now and like to take 50% and Dts it flys alot better with less fuel which i cant tell with some other aircraft

Aww shucks was hoping to send it to my new RC mentor . He is in his 80's and the music from the 1st one tooti fruity I think would have been better . This guy is just a way nice gent . Would it be too much to ask for the same movie with Glenn Millers in the mood ? Or is there a way I could do it . I really don't want to muck around with your movies , since what makes them good is hard to define . I think that characterstic is what makes them art work and not just good technical skills . Any one with half a brain knows you don't mess with art work unless you want to destroy it .

Feel free to edit the sound mate, no problem at all. If you have trouble, email me a copy of Glenn Miller and I will edit it in for you. Would feel honoured to make something for your friend.

Mitsu's at the moment. I really like Waffle's also. These sounds were stolen from some youtube clips of mosquito airshows.

Thanks! Though i fear you are too kind sir. I would say it was more an oppertunist with 4x20mm and no mercy having a lucky day.

On the other hand, either of these two mosquito clips may be possibly serious pwnage :p

Absolutely perfect execution (pun intended) against the LA. WOW!  :aok
The C-hog gave you a larger window, but it was still a great kill. The DA is fun when you can get a 1 vs 1.

As a quick side bar.  I was in furball lake (cesspool) setting up me stick with the latest CH control manger 4.5 (didn't need to change the old one though  doh! ....so don't bother if u already have a ch controller).  My observation its a microcosm of the MA with a particular bent for gang bangs.

Other than short flights to fight and exit enter arena for fine tunes on CH controller the only reason to go in there is to learn to BnZ a bunch of niki gangers.  :aok

The last time I was in there, I upped a 38 and leveled at around 8k when a spit16 winged with a 51 came in on me from about 3k above me at my high 2 o'clock. I turned into them and kept the spit turning while trying to avoid the spits ho attempts and the ponys pick attempts. I killed the spit and tore the hell out of the pony. The 51 turned tail and ran on the deck all the way to his base dragging me to 2 of his "squaddies". As I engaged those 2, he turns around and hoes me sending me to the tower.
I took off again and engaged 5 or 6 bad guys on the deck that just got finished ganging the only other rook in the area, when a spit16 dives in from every bit of 15k to the deck to get me.I already had 3 on me I was trying to out fly.  The whole furball lake just disgusts me. I logged off and haven't played the game since. :salute
