Well...long story short...it seems that every 10-20 seconds my wireless connection quirks, but goes back to normal for another 10-20 seconds until it does it over again. I've noticed what it was doing since I'm using Chrome, and when the connection has been dropped the circle turns backwards and slow, but when it picks back up it goes forwards and faster...
I've no idea what's causing this.

Any recent upgrades/updates?
-
No...only the fact that I'm using Chrome, though it did the same thing with Firefox, but that's not the reason I switched.
-
Wireless?
-
Yeah it's wireless...so I'm thinking it might be something to do with drivers...Dell Inspiron 6000.

Or a poor or inconsistent signal coming from your router.

yeah unplug the wireless router for a mintue.
-
And be sure you don't have a wireless and wired router linked together.
-
Check for router firmware updates, and also make sure your wireless router is WEP encrypted. Could be a neighbor stealing bandwidth.

It's encrypted. Seems to have stopped now, randomly. Weird.

2.4 GHz phones do a great job of jamming my Wifi when they are in standby, and jam everythingvdear when broadcasting actively.
