Title: non submersible subs & liberty ships as strats

 what about subs  that can only  go just below the surface  either as one per fleet or as  Cv launch only  sorta like Pt
 it could open up the whole sub hunter aspect im sure its not an easy task but it would be interesting

It's mildly disturbing to contemplate you don't know the story behind that avatar, beyond it fitting the AH lifestyle.  I must be getting old.
