Swimming tanks belong in a swimming team, not in our game :D

The trouble with the DD Sherman for this game is one, more DD Shermans were swamped by surf than lost to enemy fire while in the water, and I doubt that could be modeled without major changes to the game engine, and two, they weren't very vulnerable historically because they presented a very low target profile and were difficult to identify from the shore, and by 1944 the Allies weren't trying to mount amphib assaults without air superiority the way we routinely do in AH. It would be putting DD Sherman in a situation that would never have been even remotely contemplated by its designers or by wartime commanders. (We do that with C-47s too, but the fighter opposition is balanced by the lack of wind, navigation errors, etc., and by the ease of suppressing AAA in the game compared to historically.)

We have no chop in this game, so this is irrelevant.
