Title: Instant reload, T34/85

I havent tested in any other tanks but when I run out of ammo of one type the gun instantly reloads and I can switch to another type and fire right away.
So if someone is down to 1 AP round they can fire at a tank and then switch to HVAP and fire again right away.

Happens with all tanks I believe.
