Hi, ya'll! I taped an episode of Nashville Broadcasting Network's "Music City Explosion” last month while out in Nashville, and it is now available for viewing on-line. Just go to
http://www.nashvillebroadcastingnetwork.com/mce.htm
Click the play button and sit back and watch. A central topic of the interview was the song I wrote about autism, "Don't Give Up On Me". The interview included live performances of two of my songs, including the one I mention above. Please visit the site, and check out NBN's other shows, too. They are terrific supporters of indie artists, and have an internet radio program as well.
By the way, if you've got a minute please go vote for my song, "Don't Give Up On Me" at
http://www.independentmusicnetwork.com/vote.php?genre=C
Just scroll down until you find my name and the song title and click on it to register your vote for the song. Thanks.

Yep, voted in Rich. Thats a terrific song.
Im still lovin my CD too, "Home, God, and Country". I have a 16yo who plays 3 different instruments and on the drive home from his school were always jamming. On occasion he'll say, "put on that airplane guy you know" :D and I'll put the CD on. He's starting to really appreciate the genre.
Ive always loved country/western tho I dont think Richs music can really be classified so easily. Its just to original.
Love to seeya live some day. And keep jamming.

Thanks, guys. I'm actually working on my second album. I've got four songs done, including my first country-gospel song called "To Guide Me Home". It's on my MySpace page if you want to listen; www.myspace.com/richowen61 . My only regret is that I'm spending so much time on music that I haven't been on-line in an AH arena for months :cry . Plus I've missed the last couple of AH Cons, dang it! Ah well, maybe this year's Con...
