Title: Excel help

When trying to use tabs at the top of the page (File, Edit,Insert, etc). I am getting the shadow of the drop down box only. Can anybody help with this problem. I may have inadvertently done something to make this happen, but what I do not know. It was fine yesterday but today an issue.

Just looking at other areas. In the start menu I have the same issue. I open it and run cursor over an item and I get the same shadow of a drop down box....this is strange.

Can anybody help please.

Firefox drop downs are fine. Other files right click drop boxes are fine. This is weird

Never mind. I'm not sure what I did (might have been talk of a hammer and destruction that did it)but all is well.
