Yes exactly.  They can also be identified by their love of caps lock, and hatred of anyone who ever switched sides.

Here are the Rulez.  :aok

I've posted it before but there are rules to be an arm chair general.

1. YOU MUST USE CAPS FOR EVERYTHING ON CHANNEL 2!

2. You must alternate between exclamation marks (!) and one digits (1) at the end of every sentence!!!!111!!!

3. You must forego the use of the S keyz and use Z keyz instead.

4. You must repeat everything twice.

4. You must repeat everything twice.

5. You must know that any difficulty can be solved by adding another 30 guys to your NOE mission. Continue to use caps to announce your mission on channel 2 until you get the number needed.

Did I miss anything?

FBdred and RacrX.

They're not totally obnoxious, but I've never seen either of these guys simply play the game; they're always posting missions for base capture and begging people to join.

True, but RacrX does just play sometimes. Dred's missions are kinda fun, but still pretty much take NOE horde to target, pop, blow everything up, wait for goon, "whatdoyameannobodybroughtagoo n??", don't bother to kill adjacent enemy field's VH, hopefully deal with incoming swarm of enemy defenders, then crow about successful capture.

Not exactly Rocket Surgery.

It's really funny when everyone starts joining in with him, and they believe what he says.  Then you get this whole group of 12 year olds from the playground on country channel.

Oh you mean Midevil2, yeah always fun to watch him stroke out if you tell him that winning the war is not important. The guy gets confused with real life and a game and thinks both are equally important. Another one close behind him on the Rook side is Wasp3 another one who thinks "Winning the war" is all important not just having fun. Sorry but I play games to have fun not to stress out. I don't mind them playing that way, that's how they get fun, but don't presume that we all want to be pressured to play your way.

I R teh spy!

Last night someone named Kyotee (nits) was telling me what a "looser" (yes he spelled it incorrectly) I am,  because I laughed when he ordered each Nit to up supplies every 5th flight. He informed all of us ignorant masses that this is the way to "win the war".

Nits had enough numbers and annoying Generals to cause me to switch sides to rooks and kill Nits.

both of those guys are quite nice.  RacrX runs some fun themed missions like Bodenplatte and Eat Shi@ and Die but I've grown out of the mission stage for the most part ( I'll run a goon or supplies if someone asks on country channel incessantly). Furballin is where it's at.

He uses the same stupid arguements that this game is as important as real life and we should all take it serious or we are just losers. He doesn't see or understnad the difference in what is a game and what is important in life. And of course there is his voice.

Sure, these guys like to post missions, but I've seen them just flying around having fun when they weren't in mission mode.  And I don't really count guys who like to lead missions in the same boat as the guys who just like to tell everyone what to do in country channel.

Personally I like the missions.  It adds variety to the game.  And if the other side is doing missions, it's fun to try to figure out where they're going next and try to counter them.  There's nothing funner than pwning an NOE 110 mission when you're in a Tempest or a Pony or something.  Or watching a darbar start growing a whole sector behind the front line and know it has to be some kind of mission, either heavy Ponies, or bombers, or something like that.  So you immediately up some kind of faster and well-armed interceptor and go looking for it.  Good stuff!

Limbo0 for all the RIGHT reasons.

BTW the only reason why you guys get po'd at him spamming missions is because he bumps your kills up over the chat window. Otherwise why would you care? But then EVERYONE in here says they don't care about kills/stats.

So which is it?!?

I feel your pain though, it is a bit much when we run our missions as I'm a culprit of this too.  But missions are hard to get going at times and spamming is necessary to a point.  If they take too long to get up , people lose interest and drop quick.
