Vne just doesn't want to fight 1v1. It's not his style.

So have you given him the help he requested ?

Well...

Looked like you knew who it was and expected him to do what he did. Heck, you allowed him to do it to you. What you could have done differently is not let him drag you to another high opponent.

You chased a higher opponent to another higher opponent and paid for it. The End.

Well being I both respect Junky and Vne: I would say Vne was using speed and the situation to his advantage. I've found myself get suckered into 2,3,4, vs 1 all the time as I am sure many of us has. Just part of the game as frustrating as it is at times.

Actually, what I said could be otherwise said as...

"If you fly like a cherry....don't complain when someone makes pie."

Don't mean to open a can of worms here, but Vne's the guy that endlessly complained that I was c****ing.  Those types of guys aren't who you should expect a good or fun fight from.  Stack the odds on your side, don't hesitate to fly as unfair as you can.

I guess this is what makes us different, I have problems getting a high con to engage so I like to give him my six but use a roll to try and get the other guy to fight in rolling scissors, it works on alot just not the guys who strictly wanna bnz.

Havnt got any help from this thread except people also agreeing that what vne did was pathetic. Maybe I can get acouple of trainers to help me out but I know I wont last long against any 1 of them :D

You highlighted a portion of the statement I made. I have no problem with 1 higher opponent, in many instances. However, I am certainly not going to chase one to another higher enemy and then post the film here to show what a pathetic player the 1st higher guy was. THAT is what makes us different. :)

being critical of the fella who was aggressively looking for a fight, although appropriate from your point of view....and rightly so, shouldn't take away from the fact that Vne was playing bush league.....you expect that way of playing from a newb...not from a vet.

...and were he here (and commenting), I would have no problem saying so. Since he isn't, I chose not to comment. BTW, I wasn't "being critical of the fella who was aggressively looking for a fight". I was being critical of someone bring a purse fight in here, then couching the situation in a manner as to appear innocent of any wrong doing. A technicality, I know...but, one I chose not to ignore.  :devil

Bleh. Some of the comments in this thread are pure garbage.  They were in the MA, not in the DA. Sure VNE tanks his opportunity badly. It's not like he then nosed to the deck and ran. He continues, and sets up his opponent with a drag. Every last one of you in this thread have dragged before.  The 47 then blows it as well. VNE reverses, but so what? Maybe he felt Mole(the 47) was outclassed and needed help.   Maybe Mole even asked.  This is in the MA, not the DA. It is foolhardy to expect everyone to pair off in 200 or so nice little 1v1's.

VNE has been around for a while sure, but it's not like he's a stone cold killer in the game. Watch the film, no offense to VNE, he's not a ringer pilot or shot.

Yes, if it were me dragging I would have inquired if Mole needed help before rejoining the fray, unless the 109(Junky) needed to be dead quickly(other cons coming). No doubt many of you O-so-noble guys would have done the same.  But in the MA it is unreasonable to expect average players, in the middle of a fight, to do this.

Additionally, we are not mind readers. We only saw a snippet of a fight. Was Mole low on gas? Did VNE want revenge? Did VNE have cramps and was in a bad mood? Maybe VNE had been getting thumped for an hour or so and desperately wanted a kill.

Lastly, Junky, what could you have done differently. There are two scenarios which caused you to be dragged to the 47.

1: you really wanted to fight the 38 and didn't care if you died. If this is the case you shouldn't have bothered to post this film. You got jumped and knew it was probably coming.

2: You didn't see the 47 and got jumped due to poor SA.  If this is the case you shouldn't have bothered to post the film. Your SA failed you and you died......happens.

I wouldn't call it a problem, bro. You want to fight.... seems like a good thing. Being alone in a turner heading towards an enemy field will  result in you getting jumped.  I know you  wre probably hoping for a couple of good fights along the way.

Is the couch leather or polyester?  Just exaclty how much do you charge per session?

Glad this one, like many others, has come to an end.

Working with a trainer isn't about lasting long against them...

Not saying you want/need to work with a trainer, just that we don't see it as competing with the guys we're working with.
