Can Adobe photoshop elements 7, be use as the editor to make skins for ah2????

Yup. You can use MS paint if you so choose.

Practically speaking, anything that LAYERS can be used to skin. You cannot skin in MSPaint because without layer blending options the end result looks like crap  :aok

Ahh, but he did not make allusions to the quality of the finished product, he simply stated that it "could" be used, which it can.  (but you are correct, it will look like crap)  :lol

AutoCad uses layers, but I find it most difficult to use for skinnig.

I'd take that down, klauss. Beside the fact that it's just wrong, the last time someone posted something like that they got a 1 week ban IIRC.

Wrong? I/We never buy programs/games/movies/music/software/etc, never did, don't know anybody who ever did, i knew this american kid once, he paid 150$+ for a program, and it didn't work :rofl, What is IIRC btw? Don't get what the initials stand for.
