Why flame? It has already been stated by the creator, designer and developer of this game that he would like to add submarines to the game eventually.

I too believe that would be a great add on. It'd sure make CV attacks alot more realistic, now wouldn't it?
Edit: It could also open the door to brand new armaments, such as sea mines. Maybe even a couple of Vickers Upkeep stores, or Highballs eh? (Though those would prove very ineffective against a sub without any luck)

If you think it takes long to get somewhere in a gv, it will be speedy compaired to a submarine.

If high tech is redoing the entire land mass to the game, who's to say they wont add a 3rd realm, water.
