Title: AHII crashes

For reasons unknown to me, the game crashes and has to close, I can't re-open the game for quite a while sometimes.  Is there some specific reason for this happening?

Is this a new install? If so, does it meet the requirements? Run the Dxdiag report, and paste the first third of the info here.
