If Pyro models it unperked and with MW50, I dont mind if HTC paints it red, yellow or pink. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Just curious if you were or not(Time of post, most your age are in school), did you drop out?
One of my nephews is home-schooled, finished 3rd in the state for SAT scores last year.
-
Whoops, hijacked the thread, my apologies!

No, I live in New York remember? We're weirdos here, we actually have differnet types of schools. I go to an alternative school, you go outside into the world to certain internships and gain credit, if yer so interested in my daily schedule.
Mondays Wendsdays and Fridays I go to school from 9:45 to 11:45, the other 2 days of the week I go out to an internship.
kthx.

Wow, what a concept, sounds cool, and alot less boring than the 3-R's, what line of work might interest you after you 'graduate'?
-
those look cool nath many dora scheems look very sweet
i hope we have ability to make them ourselves in the future and submit them for approval or rejection based on being able to prove they were a historical scheme

Anything that I can do besides sit in a boring classroom all day and graduate at the same time is all good.
I've already been offered summer jobs at the New York Commodity Exchange because of the work I did there for school. Quite a good opportunity, wouldn't you say? Can't wait till I have enough money to invest, I sure as hell know how the commodity market works now. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
After I graduate I plan to get into the US Naval Academy provided I can get good SAT scores (which shouldn't be a problem) and I also have tons of reccomendation letters from internships I've been at. If I dont make it into the USNA I'm going to attend the College of Aeronautics in New York.
"Your head trips boring me."

Only polite to credit to Claes Sundin, Christer Bergstrom and thier excellent book
Luftwaffe Fighter Aircraft in Profile
Its got hundereds of pictures like that in it. I dont know if they would apprecieate Nath giving them to you all for free, but the least we should do is give credit for them.

Hi
Id love to see the Dora done as Gerd Barkhorn's "Christl" (wife's name written under cockpit other side) which you show there. Or done up as Blue 15 of 4/JG301 with the great looking yellow and red Reichverteidigung band.
thanks GRUNHERZ

Thx Pongo...looks like a good book, so I just ordered it (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Some of Doras on Nath's post have early type canopy, not the bubble canopy which was standard for D-9, right ?
My preference would still be a JV 44 Dora from Papagei Staffel:

Way to cool !
-
One more thing...
Why is Priller's Dora missing a bomb rack (or whatever it is called) ?
Was it common ? Field modification maybe ?
Also, how many Doras had early type canopy ? Now I am not so sure about them, W. Green says only handful of them had it.
-
A lot of Doras were rebuilt from A models. I think if a fuselage had an old-style canopy and it was in good shape, they probably used it.

/pure provocation ON
The paint scheme is great but the plane is ugly.(1)
