Title: Sounds Packs causing warping?

I have a squadie that when he installed a sound pack he started to have very bad warping and lagg issues. Could a sound pack be causing this?

If he is using on board sound yes, because the onboard sound uses the CPU to play the sound. Custom sound take more oommff to play then the standard sounds
