Me410 would be my first choice, then Mosquito FB.MkVI with the P-61 and He219 tied for third.
Why did you suggest Mosquito MkII?

Count me in on the 410. I just love that bird.
I never really liked the Mossie, but for some reason I like the Beaufighter much more, so give me that (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Would have to be the Mossie FBIV at the top of the list for me. Then an A26 maybe and then either the ME410 or the Beaufighter.

ME-410 would be sweet (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) btw, does anyone know if those barbettes on the fuselage were actually useful in combat? Seems like you would be just spraying and praying with them.

LJK that's probably true. Although if the bandit is on your dead 6 the aiming problem is reduced. Sure would be a nasty surprise for anybody trying to do a stern chase!

When I was at the Paul E Garber facility I was able to get right up next to the cockpit glass and I"looked" into the rear cockpit and saw just how the rear guns worked.
Their is a pair of handles "pistol grip style" that are linked a Reflector sight which in turn is mounted to the guns,so when U swing the sight to the right the right gun fires and so on it was a very impressive system(and a religious moment (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) )
