Yes its a Ki-84 or a Ki-43
Silouette wise, they look similar unless you get a reference book out.

No, this isn't a Ki-44. The Tojo had less wing span and a cranked leading edge on the wing. It's not a Ki-43 for many reasons, one of which is the much longer cowling.
This is the Ki-84 Hayate (Frank).
