What model is this:

I know it's a Smith & Wesson, and have it narrowed down to either a 5906 or 4006.

Shoots 9mm Luger Parabellum Ammo original models were made with 10 round mags.Stainless,my manual says that you cant fire it with out the magazine,NOT TRUE.What else do you want to know ? i got 2 of these guns at 200 a pop.
