I'm not sure if this constitutes a bug: But when I bring up my clipboard, the sun glare goes through the clipboard. The clipboard should block the glare as it would in real life. Again, i'm not sure this is a wishlist or a bug to report.

I like this theory they gave in the other thread you started about this:
If I remember correctly...may not, old fart soaked in beer.... that is the way it was long ago. The problem was people would shrink it down and use it to block the sun, so by taking away the "come at them from out of the sun" option. The sun is there and brite to hide what might be coming at you, its part of the game play.
Sounds reasonable.
I've been flying around with the clipboard open all the time and stuck up in the corner lately because whatever anomaly that is affecting my computer at the moment likes to open the clipboard all by itself as soon as I engage a con.
