Title: Thoughts on Vapor-X cooling?
Post by: Krusty on April 26, 2009, 02:19:33 AM
Been browsing some vid cards since mine died (on an old Radeon 9550 now).

Been looking at HD 4870s, and noticed one brand (Sapphire) has Vapor-X coolers on several high-end cards.

Reviews are mixed. Some like the Vapor-X because it's quiet, some hate the Sapphire brand for crappy rebate hell and bad customer support.

Any thoughts on Vapor-X?

I like the ATI cards. Sure don't know anything about the vapor x though or Saphire for that matter. Does BFG make an ATI card?

BFG, EVGA, XFX only make nvidia gpu cards.  Can't have a auto plant making Ford and Chevy's.

Yes, but regardless of the CPUs, does anybody have Vapor-X or know of any commetns about it? (regardless of the engine in the car, how's the radiator work?)
