1.) attend High school every week day (Junior..Senior next year WOOOOOWOOOOOOOO)

2.) March-June:  I work at our local ball field (6 fields, 2 tennis courts, and a skatepark).  I am usually found at the grill (we are supposed to have parent volunteers do the cooking but very rarely do they actually show up).  I help get the fields ready for play.  Work from about 3:30-10:00 Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri. (now you know Why I'm not on much this time of year  ;)) for a measly $5.15/hour

3.) February-November-ish:  I work with a professional dog trainer who trains dogs for retrieving.  He trains Labs, but has one Boikan (sp) Spaniel.  His kennels hold like 26 dogs (12 inside 14 outside) plus the kennels we built.  We train dogs mainly for field trials, hunt tests, SRS (Super Retriever Series), Retriever "Olympics" (or something like that..he doesn't compete in those anymore though), and of course...hunting.  He trained and handled the dog that won gold in 2005.  He pays me a great $12/hour

4.) I tutor kids after school on Wednesday for $25 a day

Even with all that work, and me being #3 in my class (less than .5 points on a 100 point scale separates me from #1) I still find time to play AH (mainly late at night).

not so much the kids..normally..it's normally the wife who waits until I get into a good white knuckle furball and she decides to give me a 10 minute disertation on why I should do the dishes since I worked all day, made dinner, put the kids to bed, cleaned the litter box, etc. This is after she sat on the couch all day while talking on the phone to everyone she has ever met.........and no I'm not bitter about that.

Wrongway=unemployed figures.... :O

Two Case W14 loaders (old P.O.S.'s :furious), Cat 966 loader, and a 1947 (yes, that's the year) Euclid haul truck with a rebuilt Detroit. Not sure of the yard size of the bed or engine size. Suffice to say it's a smaller truck, but a beast to drive. (I much prefer the mid-90's Volvo A35 6x6's I drove years ago.)
They also have a 1969 (thereabouts) Cat 988 Loader, before they required roll-over protection on the cabs. Damn thing is a death trap. MSHA rolls thier eyes every time they inspect it.

The job sucks, but it matters that I have a job at the present time. I used to trim trees out of power lines.

I was in the Engineers in the British Army, and now I work for the oil and gas industry as a call out engineer, I travel around the globe from Columbia to china, on call out its mostly for a few days to week but enough time to see the sites and do some work, Ive been to some pretty rough places. although as much as an interesting job I have I miss the army a lot, I miss the people I was with, blowing things up, blowing more things up, I miss Afghanistan and I miss having a job where it made me feel proud telling people what I do and as much as it sounds strange..I miss having that rush of being out in afghan and places like that, unless you have been there I don't think you can ever understand the bond you have with your friends and the emotions you feel during war.

Currently on leave of absence from my position as Executive Chef and chillaxing in Eastern Europe with family  :)
Thinking about opening up my own place after we get back... :rock

But before that, I worked my way through my 2nd time in school at a metal shop..  Hence my screen name..

And before my 2nd stint in school (cooking school), I worked in IT for National City Bank at their corporate ops location in Cleveland, Ohio.
(I became very disillusioned after several years of working in the corporate environment and just up and quit one day, never looking back..)

Before that, I was in school at Case Western Reserve for Information Technology and computer Science(graduated BA double major)

Before that, I worked in the back room of a little computer shop in Northern California (Arcata)

Jeeze!  How far back do I need to go??

Married going on 6 years to my lovely wife.  We have two kids (1 1/2 and 4).

I'm an Ink Technician at a large printing company that prints food packaging. Basically a glorified paint-mixer.  I create formulas, dispense ink, and manipulate the ink to be a very specific color on our 3 presses, which are each about the size of a house.

We print many snack-food packages (Cheeto's, Frito's, Rold Gold, loads of various Fruit Snacks, Malt-O-Meal cereal bags, etc.)  Also the plastic cheese wrappers, meat packaging, ketchup packets, etc...

In one year, our little building prints enough plastic bags to run a 5-foot wide strip around the globe 11-12 times.

I do have a degree, and I use it to some extent in my job (BA in Art).

I'm married (14 years) with a 13yo daughter, and 10yo son.

I'm a general class falconer (train and hunt with birds of prey).  I have a Jack Russel Terrier, and a German Shorthair pointer to help with that.

We raise chickens for eggs and meat, and I've got a pigeon loft full of pigeons.

oh man what can someone say to that... when I was 10 my 14 year old brother fell from a bridge and was killed,He was the closest person in the world to me, the only one that treated me good. the only thing that has made it possible to get over that, was I feel that Yahaveh knew he was too good for this very messed up evil world and took him from it before it could taint him.
you will see them again and they will be pure. same as him.

keep the faith

What kind of teacher?  Grade level?  Subject?

I ended up the last 12 years of my career teaching high school foreign language (Japanese) and ESL.  Before that taught elementary school, and 4 years teaching EFL in Japanese high schools.  Had to go on medical disability/retirement in '03 due to kidney problems.  Although I have more free time than I know what to do with, I do miss the classroom and associating with the kids everyday.
