when HTC says terrain makeover, do they meen just the NDisles map will have the new terrain or does that meen the NDisles map is getting redone all together? Or am I completly wrong?

They're redoing them all but starting with NDIsles I belive

All the terrains will look completely different (completely redone graphics engine IIR)
