Hey guys, wondering of the community can answer this (don't really want to email billing atm with my current address).

What is the process of reclaiming your online handle in game?  Do you need to email billing or some other procedure?

Just give them a call on the phone and they will get you fixed up. You can email them the info (account name, password, email address you signed up from, and your name may be enough) , but a call would be quicker and easier.
