Title: ahhh crap i broke my track clip for my trackir!!!

dangit, i ordered the ir5 a-
lready but i just broke my ir4 pro....

i have the track clip and i broke the little prongs off the sensor thingy :(

mine pops out from time to time, but I can just snap it back in..

I guess your best bet is to get it aligned as best you can and super glue it in place

The same thing happened to mine.  I called the company and they were VERY helpful.  Just told them that it broke somehow.  I shipped the clip to them and they sent me a new one, FREE!

did u get a hat clip when u received your trackir... I have them both and I use the hat clip seems to work better for me :salute

While I didn't break mine, it kept popping out at the same place yours broke.

I just used wire tie to strap it to the mic boom on my headset...like so

...and IMHO the led tracking from the clip is WAY better than the reflective tracking from the hat setup.


*edit- I didn't realize how dusty the thing is up close... :lol
