i have notice from time to time. sometimes in auto pilot my plane will suddenly jump up or down sometimes staying in auto sometimes not. also in regular flight like today on merge my plane wobled/jumped throwing me off intended course. what causes this & is there a way to fix?

Usually errant inputs from the stick cause it. 

Although what you describe could also be a stutter caused by a exture load.  Reduce the size of the "Maximum Texture Size" in the game's "Video Settings" and see if that helps.
