Bf 109G-2 with 100% fuel and DT, WEP and alt-x for best climb speed. The plane starts to wander left.
Similar problems at 20k, where level trim is unable to fly straight with WEP on.

That's happened to me too, but not on just the 109. Seen it in the N1K, the 51 and the LA5 too. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/frown.gif)

Yes, aparently the torque in these planes are very massive. I don't know if it is intended to be so much that trimming is insufficient.
To avoid it at alt one can increase autospeed. Around 200 the trimming is about enough.

It's a bogus effect. The Spitfire, Fw190 and Bf109 didn't have aileron trim. Only elevator/tailplane incidence and the spit had rudder as well, so did later 109's I think.
The trim I have to adjust the most in these planes is the aileron trim.
Now has ANYONE ever heard pilots comment on MASSIVE changes in the aileron balance through the various flight conditions, like cruise, climb and dive?!
So just what is going on, and when will it get fixed?
