I would actually like to see another high perked plane, or gv. Right now the only really high perked ride we have is the Me-262 (170-250 perks most the time). The Me-163 could be considered high if you're new to the game, but it's only about 90 perks. Every other perked ride is pretty low when compared to the 262 (F4UC, Spit14, F4U4, Tiger Tank).
I would prefer a high perked bomber or gv more than a fighter though.

Meteor III....

I <3 my 234. :)

B-29 :rofl
Just kidding.
-
Pannono...you may just be on to something there. If we could get the B29 and perked it high enough then we would have an answer to the 262. well wait, actually I change my vote to the Ju390; some were made and it is claimed by the Germans that one made a flight over the atlantic to NY city. I know it won't EVER make it into the game before the second coming, but what the heck, just throwin it out there :rofl!!!!!

I dont think the 390 saw combat, and it did not get past the prototype stage. The flight to NYC was unconfirmed as well

I know, but still do you really think we will get the B29 any time soon? I think we shoud save the uber-bombers for last, after we get some more normal bombers. Oh and I have a question: what happened to the B18, B19, B20, B21, B22, and B23?
-
B-18: Pre-war bomber, used for patrol in early WWII
XB-19: Test for aerodynamic characteristics of large bombers
Y1B-20: Planned Heavy Bomber
XB-21: Prototype, Similar to B-18
XB-22: Cancelled B-18 with uprated engines
B-23: Improved B-18

I have 10,000 bomber perks.

LOL.... no Stuka'ing, but I have been taking the 234 for fast, low, cv attacks. I'm about 50/50 on the rtb's.

Here is something for you Latrobe...The Nazi's actually drew up plans for this monster!
1500 tons, 2-280 MM Navy Guns & and a 105 MM tank gun between them. :uhoh Perkworthy? I dare say yes!

A-26
Even better, since we still only have one perked bomber, and you really can't dispute the A-26's stats.

NOW THAT WAS SOME FUNNY SH#T!!!!!

A Tempest Mk. V, Spitfire Mk. XIV or P51-D with 150 grade fuel would be a very highly perked fighter if added to AH2.

Did the Mustang III see action in WW2?

I would like to see the Meteor in, just to see how it would fight against in the 262.

The DO 335 Arrow!
The Dornier Do 335 Pfeil ("Arrow"), unofficially also Ameisenbär ("anteater"), was a World War II heavy fighter built by the Dornier company. The Pfeil's performance was much better than that of other twin-engine designs due to its unique "push-pull" layout. The Luftwaffe was desperate to get the design into squadron use, but delays in engine deliveries meant only a handful were delivered before the war ended.
-
the B-29 perked to about 125 a plane (375 for a flight) and no nukes
-
Just did some reading and found that the Dornier Do 335 never saw combat.....
-
I've always wanted the B29 perked as well.
But, I like to see a russian bomber or other variety as well.
I always said, it's time to perk bomb load-outs past 1k of bombs as the alternative.

Put wings on it and Moot would ask for it, fo' sho'.
;-)

If we would get the B-29, and it was perked, wouldn't a small perk be needed for the Lancaster. I'm guessing the perk is being asked for on the B-29 because of it's load out, and the Lancaster has a pretty sizable load out of its own.

The performance and defensive armament put it in a totally different class from the Lancaster.

They couln't perk it that high as it wouldn't be able to negotiate through the forests. Besides that, if it tried, even a twig could stop it. :uhoh

Not even this monster could roll over the indestructible sheep of Aces High!

Well, you're pulling my leg and my post was to give the OP in that other thread a hint of what "giving what the players want" really leads to, but in fact what I really wish HTC would do is find some way to put out a dozen or more planes per year so that they could hash out all the important historical models asap. And somewhere in there add the Me410A&B (jabo and zerstorer). So in maybe two years or so, they could get back to doing late war stuff. I'd be satisfied with an Me410 and a perk loadout system though.

Always pulling legs!
Agreed and agreed. The 410 is a great plane, I've asked for it many times myself, I'd love to see it fly.
I think TOD slowed them down on AC development, really set them back. I dropped out of the game when new AC were only trickling in and all development seemed to crawl to a halt due to constant terrain and TOD issues. Get all the AC modeled, add whatever GVs they want, then tinker.
