Title: Message of the Day

I have been searching for instructions on how to get the motd to pop up for squad members. Can anyone point me in the right direction or explain please.

Squad CO must place a text file named directly after his in game handle in the Aces High II folder, then click upload MOTD from the O'Club.

Go To:

Clipboard >> Oclub >> Squads >> click view or upload the motd.

make a small text file. It goes in your AH2 program files folder. Then click upload.

Those squad members with invite priv can set the motd.

You can also use the dot command .showsquadmotd if your CO, or person with permissions, has uploaded one.

Will it pop automatically for them. This was done in another squad I was in.

It will, but in arenas like the SEA or AvA the default pop up message seems to trump the MOTD.  For the Main Arena's though it works just fine.
