I was wondering if any of you have any other pictures, profiles, or models of this aircraft.

Lt. Rupert M Tumlin. 351st Fighter Squadron. P-47D 42-26027 YJ-D_ "Georgie Fay". This a/c was lost on 5 August 1944 with Lt. John J Hatch being KIA.

Aren't jug slots full?  Just like P-51Bs?  :D

Yeah D11s are full. But seeing that 11 of the 15 slots are occupied by just two people and 5 of the 15 are from 56th FG I think they can make some room.

We have existing D-22/23 skins on the D-11, for good or naught...

That top one is impossible. I tried to do it but with the way the image file is bent to match the airframe those diamonds come out looking HORRIBLE.

Yes, the new P47D25 353rd skin has yellow diamond nose. Larry has perfected making the diamond nosed art.

Yes Larry, that is one sexy looking P-47 you have done.  353rd greatly appreciate the work you have done.

Just don't get too crazy on the cowl flap shading.  99% of the time, except for during taxi, those things are closed all the way shut.
