Title: i have a hard time land the ta 152 to rearm

 hi guys i have a hard time land the ta152 to rearm i crash land 75% of the time 
 can somebody help me

Touch down in a flare with full flaps. Ride it in as smoothly as you can. Pull back on the stick slightly, after touch down, to lock the tail wheel.  Touch down with the brakes on.

You don't see the control inputs, but this is what a short landing can look like:
